A twitter friend of mine created a 'new' genre of micro poetry he calls 'definition poetry.' He challenged me to try my hand at writing a few … below are what I have done in the past few days.

berry brow skin
bare feet
counting freckles
 by the dozen




First Kiss..


hiding in the privet hedges
we had it all figured out


five year old passion


Fireworks…


4th of July
1st date


we made our own


Alone…


that crushing phone call
a tragic accident


now…
you are forever 
Gone


Love…


forehead kisses
cuddles under your chin


spooning in our sleep
