She shuffled the cards
Told me to cut the deck and
Then began to lay out
A standard Three-Card Spread
Oh my, she said as she
began to read the cards...Tarot...
my future...
It must have been bad because
She immediately shuffled again
Again, I cut the cards
A new layout arranged
A smile and she sat back
as she told me my future
