Safety
Turning softly
I fall into the
safety of your arms
Without waking…
You wrap yourself
around me and
nuzzle my left ear
And
I feel safe
I don't sleep well
without you and
can't stand being
away…
But…
Tonight I am home
after a week of
travel
And…
Every night…
We save ourselves
