We only have the here and now
in our lives


The past is gone ---
Influences the future
YET
Essentially gone


The future is yet to be
Little to no say in
that matter ... it just is
when it is...


As elusive as the past...
Our future is...
something we either accept
and move on
OR
fight to the end


The only thing...
The one thing...
The definite thing...
IS
Today...
Right now...
This minute...


Only here!
Only Now!


So...for me 
It is to
Accept
AND 
Breathe!
